OrLANtech services are available on a Break/Fix basis. The Break/Fix option is just as it sounds... when something breaks you call us to fix it. This option works best for companies that already have an IT Administrator but still need support staff because of its limited IT budget.
The advantage of the Break/Fix option is that there are no long term commitments or contracts to sign. You simply make a phone call or send an
whenever you feel you need service and you are billed on a per incident basis. However, if you tend to have ongoing or recurring problems with your PCs or network it is not the most cost effective means of service for your organization.
