The Monthly Maintenance Plans offered by OrLANtech are our most popular service option. With the Monthly Maintenance Plan options we custom tailor a plan to fit the unique needs of your organization. For instance, we may discern that your company needs no more than 5 hours of service per month so we may suggest the Small Business Plan in which you pay a set monthly fee in return for five hours of monthly service to be used at your discretion.
The Monthly Maintenance Plans work best for companies that have some periodic network issues and/or ongoing concerns but too few situations to warrant purchasing a large block of hours. However, if your company is experiencing many troubleshooting instances or has a large IT project ahead it might be more cost effective to choose the Block Hours option.
Types of Monthly Maintenance Plans:
Small Business Plan
- Designed for businesses with no more than one server and 10 or less workstations
- Minimum of 5 hours of service included
- Overage is billed at low set hourly rates for PC Technician and Network Engineer
- Overtime is deducted at 1.5 hours
Standard Plan
- Minimum of 8 hours of service included
- Overage is billed at low set hourly rates for PC Technician and Network Engineer
- Overtime is deducted at 1.5 hours
Non-Profit Plan
- Hours of service are completely customized to suit Non-Profit needs.
No minimum.
- Overage is billed at low set cost earmarked especially for not-for-profit organizations
- Overtime is deducted at 1.5 hours
