The Small Business Plan offered by OrLANtech is designed for companies with ten workstations or less and no more than one server. It allows five hours of onsite troubleshooting of server, PCs/workstations, and printers for small businesses. Any hours over and above the five hours (overage) are billed at a discounted rate.
