As a result of the current national emergency Coronavirus situation, we would like to assure you we stand ready. Our clients should expect no change in the premiere level of service they have come to expect from OrLANtech. Support tickets and phone lines are open and tickets and calls will be answered.
All of our systems are accessible from wherever we are while the majority of our staff is currently working remotely. We want every client to be assured that each of us will do our utmost to work with you to make sure any inconveniences will be minimized. Our unified communications and network management tools are fully functional.
Please note we do have limited staff at our physical location. If you should need to drop off or pick up equipment or packages, someone will be there to assist you, but please contact us to verify first. We are taking active measures to protect our clients and staff from the spread of COVID-19 using sanitary measures.
